Mission

The Spiritual Gifts Ministry's mission is to prepare God's people for works of service by building up the body of Christ. We seek to provide the Body of Christ at Crossover with tools, teaching, and resources to uncover and understand their Gifts so they may be used in effective ministry as well as service to all.

Vision

The vision of the Spiritual Gifts Ministry is to help every Crossover member discover how God has uniquely gifted them and encourage them to use those gifts to make an impact in ministry. Through teaching, training, and practical resources, we want to create an atmosphere where people can discover and develop their spiritual gifts, actively use them to serve others, and purposefully strengthen the body of Christ.
